Wanted! Nice flatmate for a room with a balcony

Die schöne Altbauwohnung, die Ende 19. Jh gebaut wurde, befindet sich in bester Lage auf dem Burgberg. Man ist einerseits in 5min mit dem Fahrrad in der Innenstadt, andereseits kann man aufm Berg oder im Mailwald wunderschön spazieren/joggen gehen. Zum Einkaufen ist ein großer Kaufland 5min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustüre fährt außerdem ein Bus Richtung Bahnhof. Falls du in der Klinik arbeiten solltest, hast du einen besonders kurzen Arbeitsweg. Diese ist in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar.

The beautiful old building, which was built at the end of the 19th century, is in a prime location on the Burgberg. On the one hand, you are in the city center in 5 minutes by bike, on the other hand, you can go for a wonderful walk/jog on the mountain or in the forest. For shopping, a large Kaufland is 5 minutes away by bike. There is also a bus going to the train station right in front of the house. If you should work in the clinic, you have a particularly short commute.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen werden Marius, Juliane, Cara und Chris sein.
Marius (32) ist seit Anfang diesen Jahres auf Reisen, weshalb wir zurzeit eher einer 4er-WG sind. Im Sommer wird aber sein Zimmer evtl. auch untervermietet.
Juliane (27) macht ihren Facharzt (Bereich HNO) im Uniklinikum. Sie trifft man meistens erst abends in der Küche. Ihre Wochenenden verbringt sie meistens in den Bergen.
Cara (27) arbeitet in Vollzeit im Home-Office und ist mit Chris (34) zusammen. Chris kommt aus Panama, spricht Englisch, Spanisch und ein wenig Deutsch, studiert an der FAU und arbeitet gleichzeitig bei Siemens, teils im Home-Office und teils in Forchheim. Die beiden kochen und backen viel und gärtnern gerne.
Insgesamt ist die Stimmung freundschaftlich und entspannt in der WG. Wir treffen uns meisten spontan in der Küche und reden einfach über das Leben oder auch Politik. Manchmal planen wir auch ein Dinner miteinander. Besonders im Sommer haben wir gerne zusammen im Garten gegrillt. Wir achten alle auf eine gewisse Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen und haben dazu einen wöchentlich rotierenden Putzplan.

Your future flatmates will be Marius, Juliane, Cara and Chris.

Cara (27) works full-time in the home office and is with Chris (34). Chris comes from Panama, speaks English, Spanish and a bit German, studies at the FAU and works at Siemens at the same time, partly in the home office and partly in Forchheim. They both cook and bake a lot and like to garden.
Overall, the atmosphere in the shared flat is friendly and relaxed. We usually meet spontaneously in the kitchen and talk about life or politics. Sometimes we also plan to have dinner together. Especially in summer we liked to have a BBQ together in the garden. We all pay attention to a certain cleanliness in the common rooms and have a weekly rotating cleaning schedule.

In der Gesamtmiete ist alles enthalten, Kaltmiete mit NK und auch Kosten für Internet und die Rundfunkgebühren. Was von den 367Euro Gesamtmiete, Kaltmiete bzw. NK sind, ist geschätzt. Die Ablöse ist noch für Renovierungsarbeiten und die Vorhänge (2x dunkelblau und 2x weiß). Die letzten Jahre mussten außerdem Nachzahlungen für Strom/Wasser/Gas zwischen 100-300Euro pro Person gezahlt werden.
