Hello, we are looking for a new roommate (m/f/d) for our house in Erlangen Eltersdorf.
The room is 12 m² in size and is located on the 1st floor of a single-family house. It has parquet floors and electric heating. The room is minimally furnished. But there is one time charge of €175 for the existing furnitures. The room is flooded with light through the three windows and can be very well ventilated. The rent including heating is €380 per month. This already includes both electricity and water. The only other costs are internet and the radio tax. There are no additional heating costs as the rooms are heated with electric heaters. The deposit is €500.
Our shared apartment is located in the heart of Eltersdorf. The bus is only a minute's walk away, and it takes about 12 minutes to get to the S-Bahn. The nearest supermarket is also very easy to reach, just a 10-minute walk away. A baker and a stationery store are also very close. Beautiful walks can be taken in the meadow.
We are a shared apartment of men. All of us are currently studying at FAU. International students are also living here.
The shared apartment is an entire house and we also have a nice garden where you can sit outside in the summer. Parking is available directly on the property or in front of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two refrigerators, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle shed in the garden.
