wir vermieten ein möbliertes Zimmer (19 qm zzgl. Bad und WC und Regal im Flur) in der Altstadt mit Kühlschrank, kleine Kochgelegenheit, eigenem Waschbecken im Zimmer und eigenem Duschbad/WC. (s. Bilder) Das Zimmer wird renoviert übergeben. Zu dem Zimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad und WC. Im Flur gibt es noch ein Schrankabteil als Abstellmöglichkeit. Wir weisen von vornherein darauf hin, daß in dem Anwesen eine Schreinerei, zwei Musik-Unterrichtsräume und eine Diskothek/Club sind. Eine Mietminderung wg. Lärmbelästigung ist daher nicht angebracht, da vorher erklärt.
Besichtigungstermine sind nach tel. Vereinbarung Mo.-Do. von 9 bis 14 Uhr möglich.
Das Zimmer ist NICHT für Kurzaufenthalte zu mieten.
We rent out a furnished room in the old town with fridge, small cooking facilities, own washbasin in the room and own shower/toilet. (see pictures) The room will be handed over renovated. The room has its own bathroom and toilet. In the hallway there is a cupboard compartment for storage. We would like to point out from the outset that there is a carpenter's workshop, two music classrooms and a discotheque/club in the property. A rent reduction due to noise pollution is therefore not appropriate, as it has been explained in advance.
Viewing appointments are possible by appointment Mon.-Thu. from 9 am to 2 pm.
We are looking for longterm.
