Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. Mai 2022 verfügbar und liegt im Norden vom Erlanger Zentrum in einer wunderschönen Nachbarschaft. Dein 9 m2 Zimmer ist im 1.OG und sehr ruhig zum großen Garten hin gelegen.

The room is available from the 1st of Mai. The house is in the North of Erlangen's center in a very nice neighborhood. The house is quite big, there are 4 floors. The room is 9 square meter. Also, the room is nicely located towards the garden.

Eine Bushaltestelle ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt und man ist in 5 min mit dem Fahrrad am Bahnhof (in 15 min zu Fuß). Aldi, Kaufland, netto, ... und der wunderbare Lorlebäck sind in naher Umgebung und der Wald im Norden von Erlangen liegt direkt hinter dem Haus. Perfekt zum spazieren, radfahren oder joggen.

A bus stop is very near from the house, 3 min on foot. You can reach the Central Train Station in 5 min by bike or 15 min on foot. Aldi, Kaufland, netto, ... and a great bakery (Lorlebäck) are easily accessible. And the woods in the north of Erlangen is just behind the house which is very nice to go for a run or a walk.

In unserem schönen Haus wohnen zurzeit Nora (Post-Doktorantin), Ania (Masterstudentin), Jan (Masterstudent und wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter), Henni (arbeitet beim Frauenhofer Institut) und Benni zu dem es nichts zu sagen gibt weil er leider auszieht ;). Unsere WG ist bunt, herzlich, offen und unkompliziert. Wir essen und spielen sehr gerne zusammen und im Sommer wird der Garten gut genutzt für einige BBQs. In regelmäßigen Abschnitten haben wir die tollsten WG-Partys zusammen gefeiert und hoffen das auch weiterhin machen zu können. Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist sehr familiär, aber nicht gezwungen. Wir freuen uns immer, wenn das Haus voller Leben ist, aber jeder hat ebenso natürlich Zeit und Raum für sich selbst. Somit ist es ein wunderbarer Mix aus Allem 😊

There are four WG-mates in our house, Nora (who is a Postdoc), Ania (who is a masterstudent), Henni (who is working at Frauenhofer Institut), Jan (who is a Master student and scientific assistant) and Benni (who you should not care too much about because he is unfortunately moving). Our WG is relax and open-minded. We like to eat and play games together, often making BBQ in the garden during the summer. In normal time, we like to organize a WG-party once in a while. The atmosphere in the WG is really friendly and chill. We like to make the WG a lively place while respecting the private space of everyone 😊
Alles ist im Preis inbegriffen (Heizung, Strom, Internet und allgemeine Asugaben für z.B. Putzmittel oder Bratöl das wir uns teilen ;)).
Everything is included in the price of the rent (Heat, Electricity, Internet, Common expenses for cleaning stuff and kitchen stuff etc.)
