Das Zimmer ist 15 mq und hell. Es ist voll möbiliert mit Bett, Schrank, Tisch und Kommode!
Es hat ein großes Zimmer ,so dass es immer hell ist.
The room is 15 qm and always bright. It is well-equipped with bed, wardrobe, table and nighttable but you can also bring your own furniture.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top-Lage. Es gibt zwei Bushaltestellen die nicht mal 1 Minute entfernt sind.
In die Innenstadt gelangt man in 10 min. zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad sind 5 min. in gemütlichem Tempo=)
The flat is in a quiet and nice residential area. There are 2 busstops that you can reach in 1 minute. Every shop and supermarket is easily reachable.
Du wirst nur Fred kennenlernen weil leider drei mussen umziehen. Er gehöhrt zur arbeitenden Bevölkerung und ist eher abends anzutreffen. Mit ihm kann man abends TV schauen und mal ein Bierchen zischen. Wenn du diese Woche kommst, wirst du auch die neue Mitbewohnern kennenlernen.
Unfortunately 3 of us are moving right now so I can´t tell you more about the WG life but you will meet Fred. He is working in Nuernberg and he is always at home in the evenings. he is always available for a bier or football match or a chat. You will also meet your new flamates if you visit us this week=)
Es handelt sich um eine Zwischenmiete aber man kann dass verlängern, vielleicht. Wenn du etwas schnell fuer 2 Monaten oder 6 suchst, ist diese die perfekte Loesung!
