Hi Leute,
ich suche einen Zwischenmieter oder eine Zwischenmieter für mein geräumiges und möbliertes WG-Zimmer hier in Erlangen, da ich im WS16/17 ein Auslandssemester mache. Im Zimmer sind ein Bett (2x1m) und ein Sofa, sowie ein Schreibtisch und mehrere Kommoden. Das Zimmer hat auch einen Rollo.
Die Techfak und das Stadtzentrum sind je 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Zum Kaufland sind es nur 2 Minuten. Unsere Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Meilwald, wo man gut Joggen oder Biken kann.
In den anderen beiden Zimmern wohnen ein sehr hilfsbereiter Maschinenbaustudent und ein netter E-Technikstudent. Wir schauen abends gerne zusammen Filme oder machen Brotzeit. Ansonsten geht es in der WG eher ruhig und ordentlich zu :) Bei Interesse kannst du dich gerne unverbindlich melden und mal vorbeischauen.

Hey guys,
I rent out my room during my semester abroad! My room is spacious and is furnished. It contain's a bed, couch, desk and several dressers. It also has window shades.
The Technical Faculty and the center of Erlangen are reachable by bike within 8 minutes. The next supermarket is just 2 minutes away.
Your room mates are a veryobliging mechanical engineering student and a nice electrotechnical student. In the evenings we like to hang out and have dinner or watch movies. Most of the time we have a calm and neat atmosphere in our flat. Let me know if you are interested :)
