ich ziehe leider aus der WG hier in der Fichtestrasse aus. Ich bin nun schon ein paar Jahre hier und muss aus beruflichen Gründen das Frankenland verlassen.
Davon abgesehen, dass Wohnungen in Erlangen sowieso vergriffen sind, ist diese WG wirklich vorzeigbar. Ein großer Garten in dem man Grillen, Slack-linen und chillen kann. Ein Keller, der von Snowboards bis alte Klamotten alles gnädig aufnimmt bis man wieder Verfügung dafür hat und nur 5 min Fußweg zum Lorlebergplatz.
Mit den 347 Euro ist alles gedeckelt, bis auf die Heizungskosten, welche jedes Jahr wenn der Tank befüllt wird aufgeteilt werden. Dementsprechend würde ich von meiner/m Nachfolger/in die restlichen Heizungskosten erstattet haben wollen.
