schönes und helles Zimmer. Voll möbliert bis auf Matratze und Stuhl. Großes Wohnzimmer, wo man sich trifft, chillt, isst und Freunde da hat.
Kellerabstellraum, Fahrradkeller, sowie Waschraum für die Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Haustiere erlaubt, aber müssen registriert werden.
Das Zimmer würde auch gut zu jemanden passen, der/die berufsbedingt nur seltener da ist.
Fragen sind willkommen.

nice and bright room. It is furnished as seen, only a mattress would need to be obtained. Large living room where we meet, relax, eat and have friends there.
Basement storage room, bike cellar is also available, as well as a laundry room where the washing machine is located.
The room would also be a good fit for someone who is there less often due to work.

Hi,
ich bin der Nicolas. Offner Mensch und für Vieles zu haben. Am Wochenende öfters beim Badmintontraining oder ähnliches. Unter der Woche arbeite ich als festangestellter und daher auch froh um einen Zeitrythmus der eher Morgens los geht. Derzeit komplett im Home Office, aber das wird sich im Sommer wieder ändern, dass ich dann auch 2-3 Tage die Woche im Office bin.
Ich selbst habe schon in 9 WG Konstellationen wovon 2 Familie geworden sind und 6 gut waren gelebt ... bei einer hatte es nicht so gepasst.
Um das Geld geht es mir beim Vermieten ganz klar zweitrangig. Super wäre es natürlich, wenn man hin und wieder auch was zusammen macht, wie z.B. joggen gehen oder ähnliches.
Insgesamt bin ich ein recht ordentlicher Mensch und mag es auch gerne sauber.
Das Zimmer würde auch gut zu jemanden passen, der/die berufsbedingt nur seltener da ist.

I am Nicolas. I have a rather open personality enjoy time with other people but also like it to have some time to myself. At weekend I am often at badminton practice or similar. During the week I work as a permanent employee and therefore I am happy to have a time rhythm that starts in the morning. Currently completely in the home office, but that will change again in the summer that I am then also 2-3 days a week in the office.
I myself have already lived in 9 WG constellations of which 2 have become family and 6 were good ... with one it had not fit.
The money is clearly secondary to me when renting. It would be super if from then and now we also did something together like running or just chit chatting.
Overall, I am a pretty neat person and like it clean.
The room would also fit well with someone who is rarely there due to work.
Without getting to know each other no room 😉
Haus wurde 2018 renoviert. House has been renovated in 2018.
Internet, Electricity etc. is all given.
