The room is about 13m². It has a large window so it's very bright. The flat has three rooms, a large living room and balcony which makes the flat very comfortable. You will find everything you need in the kitchen, i.e., two fridges, oven, microwave oven. We have two toilets, one for female, one for male. The private washing machine is in the bathroom.
The flat is very close to Technical faculty, only 8 minutes on foot. Also it has convenient public transport, easy access to three bus stops, which can take you everywhere in Erlangen. Sparkasse, post, bakery, pharmacy, small supermarket are just on the other side of the street. The room is quiet, so you can make a good rest. The houses around are all managed by GBW. Usually you can only get a room from them if you're an employee..
My roommates are very nice and friendly. They are all Master students of FAU from China. We eat and exercise together a lot. But it doesn't mean you don't have private space. You can just close your door and focus on your personal stuff. We have a cleaning plan, one person for each week. My roommates can speak both English and German.
The furniture includes a large bed(200*140), a higher bed with desk, a wardrobe and a bookcase. You don't have to pay any extra fees. The room is free from now on and rent time can be negotiable. Feel free to contact me :)
