Die WG liegt in guter Lage zur Uni, Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof, sodass alle mit dem Rad alles gut in 5-10 min erreichbar ist. Das Röthelheimbad ist gleich um die Ecke, ebenso der Unisport und diverse Supermärkte.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer gemischten Zweckwg zusammen mit der Vermieterin (83jahre ) und zwei Studenten. Nur weibliche Mitbewohnerin gesucht. Bei Interesse bitte ausschließlich telefonischer Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Frau Eckhart. (Siehe unten).
Die Wg liegt in einem alten Gebäude an der wunderbar ruhigen Schenkstr. Im selben Haus befinden sich eine weitere Studenten WG im Erdgeschoss und einer Einzelwohnung im 2. Obergeschoss.
