Cozy room with a nice view, basic furniture included; bed, closet, desk and a very comfy desk chair, heater working perfecly and the room is very easy to keep clean and organized. Washing machine available and included to use inside the big bathroom. Kitchen has lots of appliances; Thermomix, air fryer, popcorn machine, oven, coffee machine and a big refrigerator, all to use by everone.
Greatly located appartment with full kitchen and appliances included, 2 bathrooms, one full bathroom with two sinks (everyone has its own sink and space for personal items) it has a big bathtub and a washing machine for everyone to use. Its located 10 min from the center of Erlangen by foot and there is an Aldi (supermarket) 5 min away by foot, bus stop 3 min away by foot. Its located right in front of Siemens Med-museum. We have a great roommate environment.
Great roommate environment. 2 students from FAU; 1 Colombian, 1 Mexican. Both english and german speakers, both super friendly and easy going.
Normal „living-together“ and cleanliness rules (As long as you keep common areas clean youre good). No smoking allowed.
