Meine Freundin und ich suchen bevorzugt eine Zwischenmieterin, möglich wäre aber auch ein Zwischenmieter für 2 Zimmer in unserer schönen WG, da sie für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland geht.
Unsere Wohnung umfasst 80m² und jeder hat ein Wohn- und ein Schlafzimmer, lediglich Küche und Bad werden geteilt.
Du hättest ein ca. 12m² großes Schlafzimmer und ein ca. 16m² großes Wohnzimmer für dich.
Hierfür musst du nur 300€ am Anfang des Monats überweisen.
Einzug wäre ab Mitte Juli oder August möglich und behalten dürftest du die Zimmer bis Ende Februar mit Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung.
Wir bewohnen eine tolle 4 Zimmer Wohnung am Rande von Erlangen (Eltersdorf). Von hier sind die Anbindungen in die Stadt super und auch mit dem Rad ist man in 20 min in der Innenstadt.
Bäcker ist direkt gegenüber und auch ein Edeka ist in schneller Reichweite (mit dem Auto in 2min da) :)
Du hättest mich als deine Mitbewohnerin. Ich bin 22 und studiere Grundschullehramt in Nürnberg.
