Hallo, biete ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung, bevorzugt an Frau. Die Wohnung ist am Bohlenplatz. Eine super Lage. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof.
Kurz zu mir, ich bin 53 Jahre alt berufstätig und führe eine WG, da ich diese tolle Wohnung hier nicht aufgeben möchte, aber sie ist etwas zu teuer und zu groß für mich alleine. Es sind zwei Zimmer zur Verfügung, ein kleineres (ca11qm) und ein größeres (ca 26qm) . Für 300€ und für 450€ inklusive aller Nebenkosten, Strom, Heizung, Internet, Waschmaschine, etc.
