Ich (Tim) suche einen Nachmieter für mein geräumiges WG-Zimmer in zentraler Lage in Fürth.
Für Studenten bietet sich die Lage unserer Wohnung sehr gut an, da sowohl Bahn (ca. 10 min Fußweg) als auch U-Bahn (ca. 5min Fußweg)in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Die Fußgängerzone ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen, was das Einkaufen auch ohne Auto ziemlich erleichtert.
Die Fahrzeit mit der U-Bahn bis nach Nürnberg Hbf beträgt etwa 15min - man ist also auch relativ schnell im Nünberger Zentrum.
Zurzeit wohne ich mit Lea (Kunststudentin) und Caro (Dolmetscherin)zusammen, und beide würden sich freuen dich persönlich kennenzulernen, falls Interesse besteht.
