Da wir für 6 Monate im sonnige Brasilien leben werden, suchen wir Zwischenmieter.
Die Wohnung ist für 1-3 WG-Bewohner geeignet. Aber kann auch allein angemietet werden bei insgesamt 750 Euro. Im Moment leben wir hier zu zweit als Paar, aber zwei Zimmer sind mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Schrank/Kommode eingerichtet und die Möbel bleiben euch auch erhalten. Dann ist da noch das riesen Ess- und Wohnzimmer.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat neben den typischen Geräten auch eine Spülmaschine und einen Kaffeevollautomaten.
Das Klo ist separat vom Badezimmer und ist mit einer Abstellkammer mit Gefrierschrank angebunden, für den kleinen Snack zwischen durch;). Das Bad ist auch sehr schön und groß mit zwei Waschbecken und Spiegeln. Es hat ein Fenster, ebenso wie das Klo.
Dann gibt es noch als Highlight ein riesen Wohnzimmer das mit allen ausgestattet ist, dass man an Entertainment braucht: von PS3 über Wii zum Flachbildschirm. Dazu ist im Wohnzimmer auch noch ein Essbereich an dem entspannte Abende mit Freunden verbracht werden können.
Dazu hat die Wohnung einen großen eigenen Garten, der auch ein paar Möbel hat und in dem man super sommerliche Grillabende feiern kann.
We are looking for interim tenants, since we are going to live in Brazil for the next 6 months.
The flat is suitable up to 3 persons. But you can also rent it for your own.
The rent is 750€ in total, but can (and should) be shared between the tenants.
At the moment, we are living here together as a couple, but there are two rooms a with bed, desk and cupboard. All furniture stays and can be used by you.
The kitchen is well equipped and contains a dishwasher as well as a fully automated coffee machine besides the typical equipment.
The toilet is seperat from the bathroom and is connected to the storage room, which contains a freezer for a little snack in between;). The bath is not only pretty but also pretty big and also has two mirrors and sinks.As the toilet it also has a big window.
One of the Highlights is the big living room combined with a dining area, where you can enjoy great evenings with your friends. The living room equipped with all the entertainment equipment, that you need from a PS3 to a Wii to a flat screen TV.
Another Highlight is a garden with the furniture for a great barbeque and summer evening.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Ortsausgang von Hüttendorf in dem es viele Dorfläden und sogar ein Natursammelpark gibt. Der nächste Supermarkt kann ganz bequem mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden und ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Dazu ist direkt vor dem Haus die Busstation mit dem man schnell im Stadtkern ist. Die Uni kann mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreicht werden.
Wenn man statt Fahrrad gerne lieber mit dem Auto überall hinfährt kann man das Auto bequem vor der Tür parken und auch die A3 ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Der Bahnhof in Eltersdorf kann mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreicht werden, wenn man mal Abends in Nürnberg, Fürth oder Erlangen feiern gehen möchte.
The apartment is close to the border of Hüttendorf, which has small farmer markets all over the village. The next supermarket is really close and can be reach with a bicycle quickly.
Also the bus stop is right in front of the house which will get you into the city quickly. The university can be reach by bike in 30 minutes.
If you are a little bit lazy you can take your car, which you are always able to park in front of the house. The autobahn is also really close.
There is also a train station that you can reach with your bike in 10 minutes, if you want to spend the evening exploring Nuremberg, Fuerth or Erlangen
Im Moment wird die Wohnung nicht als WG genutzt, daher gibt es dazu jetzt nicht viel Zusagen. Ihr seid also quasi selbst für ein gutes WG-Leben verantwortlich. Aber dadurch das die Wohnung gut aufgeteilt ist, sollte dies wenn ihr euch auch noch gut versteht nichts im Wege stehen, denke ich.
Die Wohnung ist im sehr ruhigen Hüttendorf, doch durch die nahe Lage an Fürth ist man schnell sowohl in der Erlanger-Innenstadt, als auch in Fürth sowie in Nürnberg.
Über die Benutzung des E-Piano können wir sprechen, wenn damit sorgsam umgegangen wird, genauso wie mit allen anderen Geräten oder Möbeln die wir euch oder dir da lassen.
Unsere Katzen, deren Spielsachen und wir sind natürlich dann nicht mehr dabei aber ihr könnt mit Absprache mit dem Vermieter eigene Tiere mitbringen.
Dazu gibt es hinter dem Haus schnell erreichbar den Europakanal auf den man Rudern kann oder auch super als Laufstrecke nutzen kann, wenn einen der Sportwahn gepackt haben sollte. Dazu gibt es in der Nähe auch eine von mehreren Boulderhallen der Region.
The apartment is in a rural and quite area, but through the good location of being you cannot only reach the Erlanger City but also Fuerth and Nuremberg quickly.
The usage of the E-Piano can be discussed as long as you treat it carefully, like the same as the rest of the apartment. Pets are also allowed.
There is also the Europa channel close behind the house where you can go rowing or also go running if you are bored. There is also a great bouldering place close by.
