Hallo zukünftige*r Mitbewohner*in,
In unserer 15er-WG im wunderschönen Erika-Beyer-Haus ist vom 1.05.2024 bis 15.6.2024 mein tolles Zimmer zur Untermiete frei, weil ich für meinen letzten Studienabschnitt Erlangen verlasen werde.
Das Zimmer liegt im 1. Obergeschoss, ist ~15qm groß und hat einen schönen Blick ins Grüne.
In dem Zimmer gibt es aktuell ein paar Pflanzen, falls du dich gern um Pflanzen kümmerst, können die auch drin bleiben (individuelle Absprache möglich:)).
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl und einem Bett.
In unserem großen und lebendigen Haus findet sich sonst alles was man im Studierendenleben so braucht: Kühlschränke, Waschmaschinen, Wäschetrockner, Küchenutensilien in allen Farben und Formen, einen Grill, eine kleine Werkstatt, einen Dachboden, den wir für Workouts nutzen, einen Garten, ...
Von jeder Etage hat man Zugang zu einem der Balkone, die vor allem im Sommer dazu einladen früh Kaffee zu trinken, Mittags in Gesellschaft zu lernen oder abends mit Freunden zu quatschen.
Unser Haus besteht aus drei Stockwerken, in denen je fünf Leute wohnen und sich zu fünft jeweils ein renoviertes Bad mit Dusche und eine separate Toilette teilen. Auf jedem Stockwerk befindet sich außerdem eine kleine Gemeinschaftsküche zum Kaffee/Tee kochen mit Zugang zu dem Balkon. Für Genießer*innen gibt es auch eine Badewanne im Keller ;) Das Haus besteht also aus mehreren Stockwerken, ist aber faktisch eine WG. Es ist auch immer gerne gesehen, auf anderen Stockwerken abzuhängen :)
Im untersten Stock befindet sich unsere große Gemeinschaftsküche, der Wäschekeller und unser Vorratsraum.
Wir verbringen viel Zeit zusammen auf unserer großen sonnigen Terrasse, in der Küche, veranstalten Koch- oder Grillabende, Parties oder Lagerfeuer.
Wer neu in Erlangen ist, findet hier schnell Anschluss, wer schon länger in Erlangen ist, sicher viele neue Freundinnen und Freunde.
Das ist die Gelegenheit für Dich eine tolle Zeit in einem bunten und weltoffenen Haus in Erlangen zu verbringen! :)

Hello future flatmate,
In our shared flat for 15 people in the beautiful Erika-Beyer-Haus, my great room is available for subletting from 1.11.2023 to 1.6.2024, because I will be working in Oldenburg for the 8 months.
The room is on the 2nd floor, is ~15sqm and has a nice view into the green.
There are a lot of plants in the room, so you should have a green thumb if you want to move in.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, desk, desk chair and a bed. I'd like to keep everything in there too. The couch is currently in the attic, but could be moved back into the room.
In our large and lively house you can find everything a student /trainee may need in their life: refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, kitchen utensils in all colors and shapes, a barbecue, a small workshop, an attic that we use for workouts, a garden, ...
From each floor there is access to one of the balconies that invite, especially during late summer times, to drink coffee early in the morning, study in company at noon or chat with friends in the evening.
Our house consists of three floors, each with five lovely people that share a renovated bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On each floor there is also a small communal kitchen for making coffee/tea with access to the balcony. The house therefore consists of several floors, but is effectively a big shared flat. Everyone is always welcome to hang out on other floors :)
On the bottom floor is our large communal kitchen, laundry room and pantry.
We spend a lot of time together on our big sunny terrace, in the kitchen, have cooking or barbecue evenings, parties or campfires.
If you are new in Erlangen, you will quickly make friends here; if you have been in Erlangen for a while, you will certainly make lots of new friends.
This is your chance to spend a great time in a colourful and cosmopolitan house in Erlangen! :)
Das Haus liegt im schönen Norden von Erlangen, direkt neben dem Bergkirchweih-Gelände im Grünen. Für alle Sportlichen und Naturliebhaber: Der Wald ist nur 3 Minuten vom Haus entfernt und bietet genügend Möglichkeiten, sich in der Natur zu bewegen. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht es lediglich 5 Minuten zu Philfak und Juridicum, 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt und in max. 20 min an die Techfak. Das Audimax ist in 10 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Es steht auch ein WG-Fahrrad zur Verfügung! :)

The house is located in the beautiful north of Erlangen, right next to the Bergkirchweih grounds in a green area. For all sports and nature lovers: The forest is only 3 minutes from the house and offers plenty of opportunities to exercise in nature. There is a bus stop directly opposite of the house. You may reach the Philfak and Juridicum in 5 minutes, the city center in 10 minutes and the Techfak in max. 20 minutes by bike. Walking to the Audimax takes only a 10-minute walk. There is a shared bicycle available as well! :)
Trotz der großen Anzahl an Mitbewohner*innen, sind wir weder eine Burschenschaft (und distanzieren uns von diesem Konzept) noch eine Zweck-WG. Wir sind international, bunt gemischt, unterschiedlicher Studienrichtungen, unterschiedlicher Herkünfte und Geschmäcker. Daher ist Toleranz und Aufgeschlossenheit bei uns selbstverständlich. Wir lieben es gemeinsam zu Kochen, Spiele zu spielen, Filme zu gucken, Sport zu machen oder einfach zusammen ein, zwei oder auch mal drölf Bierchen zu trinken. Es findet sich immer jemand mit dem man etwas unternehmen kann. Trotzdem findet man auch immer die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen.
Wenn wir dein Interesse geweckt haben, unser neuer Mitbewohner auf Zeit und womöglich auch für länger zu werden, melde dich gerne bei mir per WG-gesucht. Despite the large number of flatmates, we are neither a fraternity (and distance ourselves from this concept) nor a purpose-built flat-share. We are international, colourfully mixed, with different fields of study, different origins and likings. Therefore, tolerance and open-mindedness do naturally matter to us. We love cooking together, playing games, watching films, doing sports or simply drinking one, two or sometimes more beers together. You can always find someone to do something with. Nevertheless, we all need and respect the time others need to retreat.
