I’m going to leave very soon my room in Erlangen city center.
- Perfect location : Goethestr. --> 50m from train station, 100m from Norma and market place
- Shared apartment with 4 other people (students and interns), great atmosphere and well furnished: everything you need in the kitchen (big fridge and freezer, oven, etc.), washing machine in the bathroom.
- The room to rent (35sqm) is divided into 2 rooms:
- The 1st one could be used as living room (as I used to do it) with sofas, table TV, etc
- The 2nd one could be used as bedroom: bed + cupboard, etc.
Important point: The next tenant has to buy one big sofa and one armchair already in the room (both for 50 euros !!)
Rent: 360euro (furnished) or 340euro (no furnished)
Internet : 5€ /month
