Hi ihr,
ich ziehe nach Nürnberg und suche einen Nachmieter für meine super WG hier im Zentrum Erlangens.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock der Goethestraße 36.
Von hier aus braucht es eine Minute bis zum Bahnhof.
Alle möglichen Supermärkte, Läden und die Arcaden in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Zimmer kann gestrichen und auf jede Weise verändert werden.
Es beinhaltet 2 große Fenster zur Goethestraße hin.
Die Nebenkosten von 50 Euro sind fix, unabhängig vom Strom- und Heizungsverbrauch. Internet & Telefon 32000 Flatrate gibt es für ca 5 Euro im Monat dazu.
Küche und Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt. Wir haben auch einen Putzplan, nach dem man alle 6 Wochen jeweils einmal Bad- und einmal Küchendienst hat.
Über unserer Wohnung wohnt eine weitere Studenten-WG.
