We are looking for a new tenant for our 3-person flatshare in Erlangen downtown. We (Eduardo, portuguese, and Dharan, english) are 2 international and dynamic men working for Adidas. Fond of sport, open-minded, outgoing and laid-back, we want to find a 3rd roommate to live a nice flatshare altogether.
The bedroom we are offering is about 19m2, it has a large 200cm X 200cm bed, a big wardrobe, 2 chairs, a desk and 2 chests of drawers. It is really bright, and offers a direct access to the balcony. It is actually the best room of the apartment!
Please let us know if you are interested, we really want to meet you! The room is available on June 30th! Feel free to reach us via email () or by sms to tell us who you are, what you do, and to plan a visit, between 18.00 and 22.00 everyday, and all times during week-ends.

The address is Sophienstrasse, 89b. The shopping mall Arcaden is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, and the train station is a 20-minute walk. The closest bus stop is "Sophienstrasse", 3 minutes walking from the apartment, where you can catch the buses 286 and 287. Also, there is an Aldi supermarket at 5 minutes by foot from the apartment. The location is ideal!
It is a totally renovated 110m2 apartment located at the 2nd floor of a quiet building.
The place is fully furnished: all pieces of furniture, beds, chairs, 2 sofas, fridge and freezer, oven, dishes, large screen TV, washing machine, drier, dish washer. There is a 16M/s internet connexion, and the TV offers 30 channels, including CNN and Eurosport. The large number of windows makes the place very bright, and the balcony offers nice moments of relaxing, especially as the building is away from the street's traffic and noises. If needed, it is possible to rent a parking spot for 50 euros more per month, in a residential parking lot.
The apartment consists of 6 rooms. There is a living-room/dining-room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and the 3 bedrooms. Plus several little storage spaces.
