Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin/einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete 7er WG, in der zum 15. Juli ein helles, möbliertes Zimmer von 28 qm frei wird.
Lage
Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig, geräumig und liegt im 1. Geschoss. Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster, ist voll möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Stühle und Sofa). Die Wohnung ist 10 Gehminuten von Kaufland entfernt, diverse Bäcker und Supermärkte sind in nächster Nähe. Sie besteht aus sieben Zimmern, Küche, Terrasse, Keller, drei Bäder und großem Garten. Die Küche hat alles zu bieten, was man braucht (inkl. Backofen). In der Küche haben wir einen größeren Tisch, zum Essen und zum Sitzen mit mehreren Leuten.
WG-Leben
Wir sitzen in der Kücher gerne abends zusammen, kochen etwas leckeres und trinken ein Gläschen Wein oder Bier. Oft teilen wir Zeit zusammen (Spieleabend, Grillen, usw).
Sonstiges
Außerdem haben wir eine Wäschemachine im Keller, wo Du deine Wäsche aufhängen kannst, und einen Fahrradunterstand.

We are looking for a new roommate for our beautiful and comfortable 7 people WG. The room is going to be available from the 15th of July, it is completely furnished and is 28 m2 large.
General description
The room is very quiet, spacious and is placed at the first floor of the house. It has two big windows and inside you have everything you need (bed, chair, desk, wardrobe and a sofa). The house is, by foot, 10 minutes far from Kaufland and in the surrounding there are some bakeries and other market stores.
The house includes seven bedrooms, a large kitchen, a terrace, a cellar, three bathrooms and a big garden. The kitchen is fully equipped (included oven and microwave oven). In the kitchen there is also a big table at which you can eat or just enjoy the time together.
WG-life
We like to stay together in the kitchen to eat or enjoying the evenings chatting and drinking some wine or beer. We often also like to spent some leisure time together (sports and barbecue).
Miscellaneous
Besides that, in the cellar, we have two washing machines and some space where you can dry your clothes. Apart from that in the garden we have also a covered place where you can park your bicycle.
