Das Zimmer hat 14 qm und ist möbliert. Da es normalerweise als Gästezimmer und Büro dient, steht eine Schlafcouch drinnen. Die ist aber relativ groß (Liegefläche 1,20m) und bequem :) Schrebitisch und Kleiderschrank sind auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt weg. Wir haben eine gute Verkehrsanbindung und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi und Kaufland sind auch ganz in der Nähe.
Mein Mitbewohner, der die Zeit über da sein wird, arbeitet tagsüber bei Siemens und verbringt den Abend gerne mit Fußball (schauen oder selber spielen) oder mit Freunden.
Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer zur Mitbenutzung inkl. Balkon und Sky für die Fussball und Film Fans unter euch ;-). Sonst hat die Wohnung eine Küche mit allem was dazugehört und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
