Our flat is on the 3. floor of a multi-family house five minutes walk away from the centre of Erlangen. Although it is situated on a main road, the rooms are quiet as they face towards the Garden at the back of the house.
The room is furnished! To see the furniture and get an impression of the room please have a look on the pictures. If the pictures are not there, please click on >weiter zu den Wohnungsbildern< to see them!!
In the rent included are the electricity, water and heating along with the internet flat rate by wireless LAN.
We have a well equipped kitchen, with a dish washer and everything you need and also a washing machine in the bath room. You can peg out your washing in the attic and park your bike in the basement garage.
We also have three cats in the apartment this means you must like cats because they move freely around the apartment that also includes your room. During the night they stay in the kitchen and in my room but during the day they move around the apartment!
We are not a party WG, we like to cook and sit together, talking or watching a movie. We are often doing sports like jogging, cycling, hiking etc.

Unsere Wohnung liegt im obersten, 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig, da sie nach hinten raus gehen. Die Wohnung ist 5 Gehminuten von den Arcaden entfernt, div. Bäcker und Supermärkte sind in nächster Nähe. Sie besteht aus drei Zimmern, Küche, Wohnecke, Balkon, Bad und Abstellraum. Die Küche hat alles zu bieten, was man braucht, von der Spülmaschine über den Backofen bis hin zum Waffeleisen.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert
Wir sitzen gerne abends zusammen, kochen etwas Leckeres und trinken ein Gläschen Wein. Unsere WG ist absolut keine Party-WG, wir mögen es eher ruhig. Du solltest nicht rauchen, hilfsbereit, offen und freundlich sein und Du solltest Katzen mögen, denn wir haben zwei und sie bewegen sich tagsüber frei in der Wohnung.
Außerdem haben wir neben einem Dachboden und einem Kellerabteil auch einen Wäscheboden und einen Wäschekeller, wo Du deine Wäsche aufhängen kannst, eine Tiefgarage, wo Du Dein Rad abstellen kannst und einen PKW-Stellplatz mieten kannst, falls Du Bedarf hast.
