Ich suche am Anfang Mai einen Nachmieter für mein 13m² großes Zimmer. Das Zimmer wirkt durch die höhen Wände und das große Fenster sehr groß und hell. Zur WG gehört eine große Küche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, sowie ein großes Wohnzimmer.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral, bis in die Innenstadt sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, die Techfak und die Sportuni erreicht man ebenfalls in ca. 10 Minuten. Außerdem ist eine Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, Aldi, Kaufland, dm sind gleich ums Eck.
Du teilst dir die WG mit Nino (Student, Lehramt für Mathe und Sport) und Johannes (Student, Medizin). Nino und Johannes würden sich über einen unkomplizierten, aufgeschlossenen und ordentlichen Mitbewohner/in freuen.
