I am leaving my room since I have been staying here temporarily since June until 1st of September.
3 German friendly guys (Michael, Robert and Kai) are currently staying here and looking for a girl (crusial, so guys I am sorry, no way).
Rent: 270€ (for landlord).
Additional costs: 50€ (for Michael).
Michael is responsible in our flat for all needs: necessary ones as water, light, internet as well as drinking water, all kitchen (oil, salt, coffee, rice, etc.) and toilet needs. You don't need to contact to landlord, only need to make money transfer each month :) the term of your stay is not limited. But once you are leaving that will be your responsibility to find a person after you, that is actually what I do now :)
The room is furnished by girl who was staying here for 4 years before me. Furniture costed me 50€ (her demand) and I expect to get this sum back from you once you move in (small discount is possible).
