Large (19 m^2) and bright room located in a flat share on the first floor of a historic building in the centre of Erlangen. I would like to sell my bed (including the mattress), my desk with a chair and my wardrobe, for which I ask 250 euro in total, to the new flat mate.
Three other students live in the apartment with whom you're going to share the kitchen (with oven and dishwasher) and two bathrooms (with a washing machine and a dryer). In the basement there is space for several bikes.
The flat is located in the heart of the Erlangen. Everything is just a few minutes from the door.

My flatmates are students at the FAU (medicine x2, Lehramt). We have been living together for almost 3 years always in a very relaxed an friendly atmosphere. The inner garden is perfect for WG parties and barbecues, that we've been very often organised in spring and summer.
