Hallo zusammen,
da ich Erlangen ab Juli für ein halbes Jahr (ggf. auch ein bisschen länger - falls du magst, kannst du somit dann vielleicht auch noch länger bei uns bleiben!) verlassen werde, vermiete ich mein schönes WG-Zimmer für diese Zeit! Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß, wir durch zwei große Fenster mit Licht druchflutet und hat einen schönen Holzboden. Ausgestattet ist es mit allem, was man braucht: Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Regal. Ansonsten gibt es in der Wohnung zwei weitere Zimmer, eine sgemütliche Küche mit einem großen Esstisch, ein großes und ein kleines Bad sowie eine große Tachterrasse!

since I am leaving Erlangen for half a year, I am sublenting my room in a shared apartment with two lovely flatmates in a top location here in Erlangen. The room has everything that you need: bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and a book shelf. Additionally, we have a cozy kitchen with a big table to invit friends, two bathrooms and a roof terrace to enjoy the summer months!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Engelstraße und somit in direkter Nachbarschaft zum E-Werk. Kaufland, die nächste Bushaltestelle sowie alle weitern Hotspots der Stadt befinden sich direkt um die Ecke!
The apartment is located in Engelstraße, next to E-Werk. Kaufland (supermarket), the next bus stop, the city center and everything else is also just around the corner. It's a perfect location!
Zusätzlich zum Zimmer, darfst du dich auf ein halbes Jahr mit meinen wunderbaren Mitbewohnern Jonas und Moritz freuen! Die beiden studieren, sind bei jedem Spaß dabei, können sehr gut kochen und Zeit mit ihnen zu verbringen ist jederzeit eine Freude!
You will share the apartment with my two lovely flatmates Jonas and Moritz. They are both students, really easy going and it's always a pleasure to spend time with!
Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG und freuen uns auf eine/e neue/n Mitbewohner/in, die/der Lust auf ein entpanntes und buntes Zusammenleben hat! Schreibt uns gerne ein paar Zeilen über euch, wir melden uns dann schnellstmöglich bei euch. Wir freuen uns!
