Our apartment is located at just opposite to the Finanzamt Erlangen, and our flat is located on the third floor of the building. It has 3 bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen, and one bathroom. In addition to this, there is a big storeroom for bicycles and other stuff in the cellar.
The apartment is located in the very central area of the Erlangen city. You can reach Arcaden in 6 to 7 minutes by walk. You can reach the Werner-von-Siemens Strasse bus stop in 2 minutes by foot. From there you can have bus connections very easily to almost all places in Erlangen (particularly to Technical Faculty and Hauptbahnhof). There are many shopping malls ( ex. Norma, Lidle, etc.,) within a walkable distance of 5 minutes.
I am the hauptmiete, the main renter, and living in one of the three bedrooms. I am doing my studies at the Technical Faculty of Erlangen University. I am looking for a flatmate for one of the three rooms. You will have your 11 m2 own personal bedroom. You will share a hall, common room, kitchen, and bathroom with me and my other flatmate.
We are looking for a nice, quiet and calm going flatmate from any country, any religion but who can be communicating with us preferably in English or German (since I am in the learning stage of German you have to bear with my childish German). The most important thing is keeping the apartment clean and giving accessibility to others without any trouble. Apart from short cleaning schedules, we clean the apartment at least once in a week on a rotation basis, which means everyone has to take up cleaning duty once in three weeks. Since cleaning is mandatory please send me your request only if you agree to keep the apartment clean. Visits can be possible by making an appointment via email. At the moment my German is not very good so it would be nice if you could write me an email in English.
