Our apartment is located very near to Finanzamt Erlangen, and our flat is located on the third floor of the building. It has 3 bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen, and one bathroom. In addition to this, there is a big storeroom for bicycles and other stuff in the cellar.
The apartment is located in the very central area of the Erlangen city. You can reach Arcaden in 6 to 7 minutes by walk. You can reach the Werner-von-Siemens Strasse bus stop in 2 minutes on foot. From there you can have bus connections very easily to almost all places in Erlangen (particularly to Technical Faculty and Hauptbahnhof). There are many shopping malls ( ex. Norma, Lidle, etc.,) within a walkable distance of 5 minutes.
We are looking for a nice, quiet, and calm going friendly flatmate from any country, any religion but who can be communicating with us preferably in English or A2-German (all the flatmates are only at the stage of learning). One of my flatmates is doing Masters. The other has finished his masters recently and working as a software engineer. Regarding myself, I am doing PhD at the University of Erlangen, however, I left to France for 6 months on a guest research fellow, mean while I would like to sublease my room only for 3 to 4 months. Unfortunately, It is not possible for city registration at any cost.
The most important thing is keeping the apartment clean and giving accessibility to the other flatmates without any trouble. Apart from short cleanings, we clean the apartment (kitchen, common room and bathroom) at least once in a week on a rotation basis, which means everyone has to take up the cleaning duty once in three weeks. Since cleaning is mandatory please send me your request only if you agree to keep the apartment clean. Visits can be possible by making an appointment via email. At the moment my German is not very good so it would be nice if you could write me an email in English.
