Dear flat-share seekers, we are looking for our new roommate to move in at the beginning of May. Bed and closet (including mattress) are available for purchase from the previous tenant for 200€.
Your newly renovated room will be the largest the WG has to offer, with two large windows with shutters facing the sunrise.
Common/shared spaces were recently renovated, including the laundry and toilet. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with recipients books and assorted equipments. This is the centre point of our WG activities - group dinners, spontaneous cooking nights, etc.
The location of the building makes us the perfect WG considering the warm rent (405€ inclusive of gas, water). The room is rented unfurnished so you can decorate freely according to your wishes. Living cost is additional 18€ / month watch covers internet and gez costs.

Our flat is very central and located near the Townhall. There is a bus stop right on our front doorstep, and we live very close to a nice Middle Eastern restaurant with vegan and vegetarian options. The train station can be reached in 12 minutes by foot and in few minutes you can easily reach Norma, Tegut, Lidl, Arcaden, bakeries, pharmacy, etc. TechFak and NatFak can be reached by bike within 15 minutes
We are definitely not a purpose only WG, on the opposite we like to share a lot of events and memories; However of course your privacy will be respected.
In addition to the international WG cooking evenings (Turkish, Australian and Indian :D), we do a lot of sports together (gym, running), card games and play station game nights, so if you enjoy any of these stuff, then definitely you’ll fit right in 😂.
Your roommates will be Ali, an Australian PhD neuroscience student; Eklavya, an Indian PhD law student; and Batuhan, aTurkish mechatronics masters student. We would appreciate a co-tenant who’s as open-minded, funny and kind as we are (a person who is up for spontaneous trips is also preferred ;) ).
We are a friendly group of guys who are looking for an easy going, clean, and social flat mate. So far, we are an all boys WG but we are also open to female flat-seekers as well.
