Es gibt eigentlich insgesamt 3 Zimmer in der WG zu vergeben, siehe Sonstiges. Alle zimmer sind schon teilmobiliert, es ist ein Standardbett beinhaltet(nicht das Bett das dort zu sehen ist, welches ein 140x200 Bett ist) ein großer Schreibtisch, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Regal, sowie ein Stuhl. in jedem Zimmer enthalten. Es gibt ein großes Waschbecken im Zimmer, inklusive Spiegel. Die Größe der Zimmer variieren, zwischen ca. 13qm und16qm. Die Kaltmiete der Zimmer variieren etwas, die Nebenkosten sind bei beiden gleich. Die genauen Mietkosten sind in Abhängigkeit von der Zimmergröße, also ca 360 und 420 Warmmiete. Auf der Etage gibt es zwei Tioletten, die Duschen für das ganze Haus(6 Duschen) befinden sich im Keller. Die Küche ist recht geräumig, und wird zusammen mit den anderen Mitbewohnern der Etage genutzt.

There are actually a total of 3 rooms in the flat share, see miscellaneous. WG-Leben
Wir sind eine gemischte WG, unterschiedlichen Alters und Studienrichtungen. Menschen in Ausbildung sind auch willkommen. Gerade befindet sich die WG in einer Art Neuanfang, da wir aufgrund eines längeren Einzugsstopps, der jetzt aber beendet wurde, mit der Zeit immer weniger geworden sind. Das heißt, dass du zusammen mit uns, die WG, das Zusammenleben gestalten kannst.
