Two rooms are available for renting at our WG.
The first room is 12 m², equipped with a bed, mattress, desk, wardrobe, a cupboard, table, a chair, and a sink. It costs 250€ + 8€ for radio and internet + 500€ Kaution
The second room is located outside the main WG, so you will have more privacy. It is equipped with a bed with mattress, a desk, two chairs, sink, and a night table. The room size is 20 m² and costs 280€ + 8€ for radio and internet + 560€ Kaution.
Bed sheets, a dryer, a chair and other utilities that you might need can also be bought from me if you need them.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, crockery, cutlery, microwave oven, oven, and a kettle. Shower and toilet are in separate rooms.
The flat is 5 minutes by bike (about 15 minutes on foot) from the main railway station and close to the main library (about 800 metres). There is a bus stop in short distance to the flat (bus stop Zollhaus) where you can take plenty of buses to the Technical faculty in the south (route 293) or to Arcaden, the main train station or bus station (209, 208, 285), and a bicycle parking space directly in front of the building and in the inner courtyard. Within 5 minutes you can also walk to Aldi and Netto.

Since there is no living room, this is usually considered a purpose WG, but from time to time, the flatmates meet in the kitchen to cook together or talk and some spontaneous plans come up there to go out to the city together, however, it is completely fine if you prefer to remain in your room most of the time.
