This is a sharing fully furnished room in an apartment of 4 such rooms. Bright sunny room with 2 big windows in the room. Located in the city centre of Erlangen. Other things include 1 table, 1 chair, 1 cupboard, 1 bedside table. Cleaned once every month by a cleaning company, costs included in rent. No other costs incurred other than room rent (everything inclusive).
Total 6 people live here in single and sharing rooms. I am leaving the flatshare in August and that's why searching for a replacement.
Located in Erlangen city centre. 1 min walk from Martin Luther Platz bus stop, 8 mins walk from Erlangen Bahnoff. Any bus that leaves from Bahnoff will come to Martin Luther Platz and transport to every corner of the city can be found at this bus stop.
4 supermarkets are at a distance of 200 mtrs to 1.2 kms. 200 mtrs from Doctor's clinic and 10 mins by bus to UniversitätsKlinikum.
Flatmates are all students. Total 6 people are living in 4 rooms, few in sharing and few in single rooms. All are chilled out people and students from FAU. There are total 3 bathrooms shared by 6 people. We party sometimes in the weekends in the common hall, but the week is pretty calm.
Your roommate is a Master's student at FAU and likes to keep the room clean and is a non smoker.
