Important! The room is rented ONLY for female and for a long term period (min 2 years). You should be okay with becoming a main tenant (Hauptmieter). The room is pretty big and sunny, it has a locked door and a nice balcony. The room is preferably rented with furniture (can be bought from previous tenant for a reasonable price) or without (further discussable). You can have a double bed, a big comfy couch (new one!), a wardrobe, a table, a chair and a shelf. The room is a great scope for your imagination. The kitchen is fully equipped, you don't have to bring anything if you don't want to. We have a dishwasher, large fridge and oven. The bathroom is also spacious and has a bathtub, as well as a washing machine.
The apartment is close to Norma, Rewe and Lidl (walking time approx. 5-7 min). The neighborhood is very quiet, with different parking options. The city center (Arcaden) can be reached by 8-10 min walk. The nearest bus stop is 1 minute away (Werner von Siemens Str) and the main train station is about 12 minutes away. Various restaurants are also within 5 minutes walking distance.
My name is Olga and I am from Kazakhstan. At the moment I search for a job as a Chemist within Germany. Since I have one more year for searching, it is more likely that I will move out within a year from now or exactly in a year. That’s why I am looking for a young lady who likes to become a main tenant, while I will be officially your sub tenant (Untermieter).
I'm looking for a tenant (female) who likes to live in a shared apartment, but is also independent and likes to be alone. We can definitely do some activities together once a week (eat/cook together, watch smth or go out). Since I am learning German (B1), ich würde sehr gern zum Üben bei einer deutschsprachigen Person wohnen :) International people are very welcome too ☺️ But it will be a strong benefit, if you speak/learn German because the landlord speaks only in German.
Most of the time I work on my laptop and prefer my home place to be quite/with not load music. You should be a neat person and share cleaning responsibilities. In my free time I prefer going out with friends, playing badminton, backing, going to night club, traveling around or watching Netflix/YouTube/twitch 😀
