Ich bin 32 Jahre alt und arbeite als Performance Marketing Consultant aus dem Home Office. Ich bin ein lockerer Typ der der seit einem Jahr aus dem Studium draußen ist und über sich selbst lachen kann. Jeder sollte sein Ding durchziehen ohne gezwungen miteinander Zeit verbringen zu müssen. Bei Sympatie ist aber nichts gegen gemeinsame Aktivitäten / Partys einzuwenden. :D



Dein helles abschließbares Zimmer hat ca. 15qm. Es ist ein Dachboden und ein Keller mit reichlich Stauplatz verfügbar. Küche, Bad, Balkon und Wohnzimmer sind Gemeinschaftsräume. Die Dekoration / andere Möbel ist in allen Räumen gerne frei wählbar, da ich persönlich keinen großen wert darauf lege und gerne frischen Wind begrüße. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein 50 Zoll Fernseher und PS5 zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit Netflix und Prime Zugang.

Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine ist vorhanden.

Ich persönlich habe ein eigenes Schlaf / Arbeits Zimmer.

Da ich 2 Schwestern habe und es gewohnt bin mit Frauen zusammen zu leben bevorzuge ich eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin. Ob berufstätig oder Studentin spielt für mich keine große Rolle, hauptsache die Sympatie stimmt. :)

Mehrere Bushaltestellen in allen Richtungen sind in 1-5 Minuten erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es Parkplatzmöglichkeiten an der Straße.

Auch ein Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden.

Die Miete ist vorerst auf 1 Jahr befristet und kann dann gerne bei Bedarf verlängert werden.

Insgesamt beträgt die Miete 450€ + einmalig 780€ Kaution.
Diese beinhaltet die Kaltmiete, Wasser, Heizung, Nebenkosten, Netflix, Prime und Reinigung durch Putzkraft 1 x Woche von Gang, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Küche.

Sehr schnelles Internet: Download mindestens 150 Mbit/s und Upload 50 Mbit/s -> mehr als genug für gleichzeitiges Streamen / Gaming / Meetings etc.

Your bright, lockable room is about 15 square metres. There is an attic and a cellar with plenty of storage space available. The kitchen, bathroom, balcony and living room are shared rooms. The decoration / other furniture is freely selectable in all rooms, as I personally do not attach great importance to it and like to welcome a breath of fresh air. In the living room there is a 50 inch TV and PS5 for shared use with Netflix and Prime access.

I personally have my own bedroom/study.

As I have 2 sisters and am used to living with women, I would prefer a female flatmate. Whether working or student doesn't play a big role for me, the main thing is that the sympathy is right. :)

If you are working, I need your employment contract, the last 3 payslips and a credit report (Schufaauskunft). If you are still studying, I will need the same from a person who can vouch for you with a letter of guarantee.

Several bus stops in all directions can be reached in 1-5 minutes. Its also possible to park on the street.

There is also a bicycle storage room.

The rent is initially limited to 1 year and can then be extended if required.

The total rent is €450 + a one-time €780 deposit
This includes the basic rent, water, heating, utilities, Netflix, Prime and cleaning by a cleaner once a week of the hallway, living room, bathroom and kitchen.

Very fast internet: Download at least 150 Mbit/s and upload 50 Mbit/s -> more than enough for simultaneous streaming / gaming / meetings etc.
