In unserer 3 er WG wird zum 01.12.2012 ein Zimmer frei.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist ca. 84 qm groß. Wir sind 2 Maschinenbaustudenten (jeweils 19 Jahre alt) im 3. Semester und kommen beide aus Westmittelfranken und fahren meistens am Wochenende heim.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, Küche Bad Gäste WC und eine kleine Abstellkammer. Die Einbauküche ist praktisch nagelneu mit allem was man so braucht. Internetanschluß + Tel-Anschluß sind vorhanden. Im Keller gibt's einen Fahrradabstellraum. Die Bushaltestelle ist in nur 50 m Entfernung.
Wir suchen eine "passende" sie oder ihn ab 01.12.2012
Bei Interesse schreibt uns ein mail mit näheren Angaben über euch. Wir rufen dann wegen eines Besichtungstermins zurück
