du arbeitest bei Siemens und suchst ein günstiges Zimmer in einer 3er-WG mit guter Lage? Thomas (29) und ich
(Timo, 25) suchen noch einen dritten Mitbewohner/eine dritte Mitbewohnerin, der/die bei Siemens arbeitet, da die Wohnung nur an Siemens-Mitarbeiter/innen vermietet wird. Das Zimmer könnte zum 01.05. pünktlich zum Berg bezogen werden. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Zusätzlich haben wir noch ein Wohnzimmer (ca. 22 qm) mit Balkon, das gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird. Wenn dir das Zimmer gefällt, melde dich einfach bei mir per WhatsApp oder Mail und wir können einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.

Are you working at Siemens and looking for a cheap room in a 3 person flat-share in a good location?
Thomas (29) and I (Timo, 25) are looking for a third flatmate, who works at Siemens, as the flat is only rented to Siemens employees. You could move into the room on 01 May, just in time for the Berg. The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a living room (about 22 square metres) with a balcony, which is shared. If you like the room, just contact me via WhatsApp or Mail and we can arrange a viewing.
