Die Souterrainwohnung ist in einem Privathaus direkt am Waldrand und daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Sie hat eine große geräumige Küche mit guter Ausstattung und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, sowie einen Vorratsraum. Das zu vergebende Zimmer ist möbeliert. Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 19 Quadratmeter und ist daher sehr großzügig gehalten. Ein DSL-6000 Anschluss mit Festnetzflat ist vorhanden. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca. 15-20 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum von Erlangen. Eine sehr gute Busanbindung (Zone 400 / Erlangen) ist vorhanden.
I offer a room in my flat in Uttenreuth, available between December 1st, 2013 and April 1st, 2014, maybe even longer. The flat is located in a private house (souterrain) nearby the forest and is therefore a quiet place. There is also a roomy kitchen with solid equpiment and a bathroom including a bathtub. The room (19 m²), as well as the whole flat, is ready-furnished. A 6 Mbit internet connection is available, including a flat for fixed-line phones in Germany. Driving to the city centre of Erlangen takes about 15-20 mins by bicylce. Additionally, a very good bus connection to Erlangen (Zone 400 / Erlangen) exists.
