Ich würde gerne mein Zimmer am Röthelheimbad untervermieten. Es ist ca 11/12 qm groß und schön hell zum Innenhof gelegen(ruhig). Wir wohnen in einer 3er Wg, haben einen Dachboden, Keller, Waschmaschiene, einen kleinen Garten(der zu dem das zimmmer gelegen ist) und als großer Bonus: Das Freibad und eine super Eisdiele direkt gegenüber.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert...wenn auch etwas spärlich...also genügend Platz eigene Sachen unterzubringen ist. Wenn es dir besser passen würde, kann ich den Großteil auch ausräumen und unterstellen.
Das Zimmer kostet warm pro Monat 170 Euro. Dabei ist eine Internet und Telefonflatrate schon inbegriffen.

Das Zimmer wäre ab Ende Juli...quasi nächsten mittwoch frei und ich könnte es problemlos bis Mitte Oktober zur Verfügung stellen.Länger ist aber auch kein Problem...ich bin da ziemlich flexibel!
