Dein Zimmer schaut nach hinten auf unsere riesige Dachterasse und die Hochbeete, die Mitbewohner Tim dort oft mit Strohut auf dem Kopf pflegt. Selbst im Hochsommer, bleibt der Raum angenehm kühl und im Winter lässt er sich gut beheizen. Nachts wird der Schlaf nicht durch Straßenlärm gestört. Die Wände wurden erst im April frisch gestrichen inklusive Decke. Alles in Allem habe ich mich in dem Zimmer sehr wohlgefühlt.
The room faces to the back onto our giant terrace, where you often see flatmate Tim gardening, a big straw-hat on his head, growing vegetables. Even in summer, when temperatures get really high, the room stays pleasently cool, while in winter it is easily heated. At nighttime no noise from the steet will interrupt your sleep. The walls where recently painted in april including the ceiling. All in all it's a very comfy room.
Das Haus ist in der Nähe der Zollhaus-Kreuzung. Es gibt eine gute Busanbindung, zum Bahnhof ist es auch nicht weit. Einkaufen kann man nach Herzenslust bei Kaufland, Aldi, Netto, im Bioladen oder beim Getränkemarkt. Die Bismarkstraße, der Bohlenplatz, der Bürgermeistersteg und der Meilwald, das alles ist direkt vor der Haustür. Premium Lage also.
The house is close to the Zollhaus bus-station and there is also a bus right in front of the house. There are many shops and supermarkets in the neighbourhood, bakeries, restaurants ... everything you need. Green places like the Bohlenplatz, the Bürgermeistersteg or the Meilwald to chill out, take walks or to do ecercise are also very near.
Wir sind ein Haufen offener, ruhiger und kreativer Menschen. Das WG-Leben plätschert vor sich hin und jede*r geht seinen Interessen und daily business nach. Spontan ergeben sich kleine Koalitionen zum Musikmachen, kochen, werkeln, sporteln; aus irgendeiner Ecke erklingt immer ein Instrument ... aber die WG ist auch groß genug für Rückzug, Ruhe und Konzentration. Freunde sind immer willkommeun und die Terasse, sowie unser Bar/Atelier/Partyraum bietet sich für Arten von Events und kreativer Verwirklichung an.
We are a bunch of open, calm and creative people. In the house life babbles on quietly and harmoniously, everyone is occupied with their interests and daily businesses. Sontaneously small alliances form themselves for making music together, cook and eat, smaller and bigger projects around the house, workouts and milkshakes after, often you can hear a music instrument from some corner but afterall there is enough space to find silence and concentration. Friends are very welcome and the terrace and our bar/studio/party room is perfect for events and any kind of creative energy.
Ich habe wenig zu den einzelnen Mitbewohner*innen geschrieben, aber bei sieben Leuten wird das auch ein zu langer Text, der am Ende dann doch nichts sagt. Komm einfach vorbei auf ein Radlito auf unserer Dachterasse und dann wird sich schon zeigen, ob die Chemie stimmt.
I didn't write about each flatmate but as there are seven it would have been too long of a text, which in the end would still not give a good picture. Just come over, so we can get to know each other, have a drink and we'll see if it clicks ;)
