Student at FAU:)

Hi there! I will be coming to Erlangen on October 1st to attend FAU in the winter semester(if my visa process last longer, I could delay for several days, but It would not affect our contract :D).
I am looking for a flatshare under 350€ including utilities. I am very neat, quiet and helpful. I'm a relaxed person who likes to sing, dance, play the piano, and gym. I've not ever been in Germany, and this will be my first year abroad:)
I know English and know little bit German like A1.
I will be in Erlangen for the next two years, so you can expect me to be with you long-term and you won't have to look for my replacement too fast. The flat should have a contract that allows me to get City Registration done. If there is a bed, working desk and warderob in the room already, that would be great.
