Toll möbliert: Ein gemütliches Bett, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein Regal, sind bereits in Deinem Zimmer vorhanden. Du brauchst also nur noch Deine persönlichen Gegenstände mitbringen und kannst sofort einziehen.

Not too small, but not too big either. The perfect size for a cozy room in a shared apartment, in which everything fits in.
In addition to the room, there is a commun room, sufficiently large kitchen, WC and a shower as commun rooms.
Comfortable bed, Desk with chair, shelf and a closet are already in your room, all you need to do is to bring your personal belonggings and you can move in immediately.
Internet: glas fibre internet access (100 mbit/s).
Zentraler und besser geht es kaum, es sind keine 2 Minuten zur FAU und auch der Bahnhof ist nur ca. 200m entfernt. Alle Läden des täglichen Bedarf sind auch nur einen Steinwurf weit (Norma 200m, Bioladen direkt um die Ecke, großes Kaufland ca.5 min zu Fuß)
Ausgehen und gemütlich mal was trinken? Einfach nur die Treppe runter und einmal um die Ecke biegen, schon stehst Du mitten im Nachtleben.
Trotzdem ist es durch Doppelverglasung und durch Verkehrsberuhigung recht ruhig, sodass Du genug Ruhe zum studieren und lernen hast.

It couldn't be more central or better! It is less than 2 min to FAU adn the train station is only approx. 200m away. All shops for daily needs are also just a stone's throw away (Norma 200m, organic food strore just around the corner; large Kaufland only approx. 5 min walk)
Going out for a drink? Just go down the strairs and turn around the corner and you're in the middle of the night life.
Nevertheless, it is quite quiet due to double glazing and traffic reducing, so that you have enough peace to study.
WG-Leben: wir wünschen uns für die WG offene, ehrliche, soziale und kommunikative Bewohner*innen. Wir möchten ein lebendiges WG-Leben fördern und begrüßen deshalb Personen, die eine solche Mentalität leben und lieben.
