Der Mietpreis ist eine monatliche Pauschale. Mit der monatlichen Mietzahlung darfst du dein Zimmer bewohnen, heizen, den Strom, die Küche, die Dusche und die Toilette mitbenutzen. Du wohnst in Zimmer Nummer 2. Du bekommst ein eigenes Waschbecken im Zimmer und schläfst in einem eigenen Bett. Außerdem hast du ein bequemes Sofa mit einem Tisch. Auch ein Schrank und Tisch mit Stuhl sind inklusive. All das verbunden mit dem Charme einer Dachgeschoßwohnung. In deinem Zimmer ist es meist sehr ruhig. Du kannst dich daher optimal auf dein Studium konzentrieren oder ein Buch lesen.

The rent is a monthly fixed fee. With the monthly fee, you are allowed to live in your room, use the heating, electricity, kitchen, shower and toilet. You live in room number 2. You have your own sink in your room and sleep in your own bed. You also have a comfortable sofa with a table. A wardrobe and table with a chair are also included. All this combined with the charm of an attic flat. Your room is usually very quiet. You can therefore concentrate on your studies or read a book.
Die WG ist in einer super Lage. Der Bäcker und der Supermarkt sind nur 50m weg. Ein Schreibwarenhändler ist direkt im Haus. Eine Apotheke nur 45 Meter und ein Cafe nur 75 Meter entfernt! Die WG ist nur 7 Gehminuten und 2 Fahrradminuten von der Universität entfernt! Direkt vor eurem Haus ist ein idyllischer Park, den du wann immer du willst besuchen kannst. Auch die sonstige direkte Umgebung des Hauses lädt zum Erkunden ein.

The flat share is in a great location. The bakery and supermarket are only 50m away. A stationery shop is directly in the house. A pharmacy is only 45 metres away and a cafe only 75 metres away! The shared flat is only a 7-minute walk and a 2-minute bike ride from the university! There is an idyllic park directly in front of your house, that you can visit whenever you want. The other direct surroundings of the house also invite you to explore.
Einige deiner Mitbewohnerinnen arbeiten, die anderen sind Studentinnen. Nachdem du in eine WG ziehst, die in einem normalen Mietshaus ist, hast du all die Vorteile des Studentenlebens ohne den Lärm eines Studentenwohnheims. Die WG hat eine gemütlich eingerichtete Küche, in der du mit deinen Mitbewohnerinnen zusammensitzen und dich unterhalten oder Spiele spielen kannst. Es gibt einen vertraglich festgelegten Putzplan in der WG.

The flat share has a comfortably furnished kitchen where you can sit with your flatmates and chat or play games. There is a contractually agreed cleaning schedule in the shared flat.
Die komplett renovierte Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet, was du im täglichen Leben zum Kochen brauchst! Die Dusche wurde erst vor kurzem mit neuen Armaturen ausgestattet. Außerdem kannst du einen Wäschetrockner, eine Waschmaschine und ein externes, WG-eigenes Schuhregal mitbenutzen! Und wenn du im Sommer draußen sein willst, dann kannst du dich im hauseigenen Garten oder im direkt gegenüberliegenden Park sonnen. Auch ein moderner Fahrradunterstand gehört zum Haus. Du darfst dein Zimmer an andere Frauen untervermieten, wenn du länger nicht in der WG bist. Die Mindestmietdauer für die angegebene Mietzahlung beträgt 1 Jahr. Bei kürzeren Mietdauern erhöht sich die Kaltmiete um 10 Prozent pro Monat. Die Miete ist nicht verhandelbar.
Du kannst eine Besichtigung per Whatsapp oder persönlich vereinbaren. Um die Bewerbung einfach zu machen, schreibe Folgendes in Stichpunkten:

2. Deine Telefonnummer.
Schreibe dann, ob du eine persönliche oder eine Online-Besichtigung willst. Willst du eine persönliche Besichtigung, füge auch ein Foto von dir hinzu. Das Zimmer ist solange verfügbar, wie die Anzeige aktiv ist. Um die Besichtigungen überschaubar zu halten, kannst du insgesamt nur eine Besichtigung durchführen, das heißt entweder per Whatsapp oder persönlich. Besichtigungen sind aufwendig, auch per Whatsapp. Vereinbare daher nur einen Termin, wenn du ernsthaftes Interesse an einer Miete hast.

Viewings are time-consuming, even via WhatsApp. Therefore, only make an appointment if you are seriously interested in renting.
