I am a Bulgarian girl looking for a female flat mate in Essen, NRW as soon as possible.
The offered bedroom is ca. 13sq.m. and furnished with a desk, wardrobe, dresser, 3 wall shelves, nightstand. The furniture costs 20€ if you want to keep it.
The apartment is 55sq.m. with fully furnished kitchen, bathroom and living room. A washing machine is available in the bathroom, too.
There is a subway, bus and NE-station (Altenessen Mitte), Kaufland, mini shopping center and others 5 to 10 minutes away by foot.
The all-inclusive rent is approximately 290€ and the deposit is 260€.
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are fine by me but need an approval from the landlord company.
The landlord company requires the following documents: documents for proof of income (e.g. from job or job center), Schufa (solicitar ahora) and if possible a "Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung"
Please keep in mind that, while I the room is free from "as soon as possible", my current flat mate will need one week to move out and that the company will first need to approve you too.
I speak mainly English and some German.

Ich studiere an der Universität Duisburg-Essen, komme aus Bulgarien und suche ab sofort neue Mitbewohnerin.
Ich biete ein Schlafzimmer mit 13qm an - möbliert mit Büro, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, 3 Wandregale und Rollcontainer. Diese sollten übernommen werden (müssen aber nicht) und kosten alle zusammen 20€.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 55qm groß mit möblierten Küche, Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer (alle dürfen natürlich mitbenutzt werden). Eine Waschmaschine ist auch im Badezimmer vorhanden.
Bis zur nächst liegende U-Bahn-,Bus- und NE-Haltestelle (Altenessen Mitte) sind es nur 5 bis 10 Minuten Fußweg. Auch ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sind Kaufland und das Einkaufszentrum Allee Center. Der Essener Hauptbahnhof ist ca. 10 Minuten mit der U-Bahn (die fährt alle 5 Min.) entfernt. Zur Universität Essen sind es 7 Minuten.
Die Warmmiete für das Zimmer und die Mitbenutzung der Gemeinschaftsräume beträgt 290€ (inkl. Internet, Strom und Heizung) und die Kaution 260€.
Rauchen ist verboten. Tiere sind meinerseits in Ordnung, aber eine Erlaubnis wird von dem Vermieter nötig.
Die Zimmermöbel können nach Vereinbarung auch in drei Teile mit den ersten drei Mieten abbezahlt werden.
Die Verwaltung erfordert die folgende Unterlagen: Dokumente zum Nachweis des Einkommens (z.B. von Job oder Arbeitsamt), Schufa (solicitar ahora) und falls möglich auch eine Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung.
Bitte denken Sie daran, dass mein derzeitiger Mitbewohner eine Woche braucht, um auszuziehen, obwohl das Zimmer "ab sofort" frei ist. Die Verwaltung muss Sie natürlich auch zuerst genehmigen.
Die Zimmermöbel können nach Vereinbarung auch in drei Teile mit den ersten drei Mieten abbezahlt werden.
Ich spreche hauptsächlich Englisch und ein bisschen Deutsch, sowie natürlich Bulgarisch.
