Du arbeitest in Essen, hast Deinen Lebensmittelpunkt aber eigentlich woanders,
oder brauchst ab August für mindenstens 3 Monate eine Unterkunft in Essen und suchst ein vollmöbiliertes Zimmer in einer Wohnung, in der alles vorhanden ist, was man so vor und nach der Arbeit/ der Uni zum Leben benötigt?
Dann habe ich ein Angebot für Dich:
11m²-Zimmer, voll möbiliert, WLAN, voll funktionsfähige Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Bad mit Fenster in einer großzügigen, hellen Wohnung. Ist voraussichtlich ab Mai 2020 wieder frei.
In den Nebenkosten sind auch die Gebühren für Internet und Rundfunk enthalten sowie eine Strompauschale. Es erfolgt keine weitere Abrechnung.
In Bredeney, nahe Grenze zu Rüttenscheid.
Mit der Straßenbahn (zwei Linien, unter der Woche im 10-Minuten Takt) 8 Min. bis zum Hbf.
Die A52 ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, Düsseldorf und andere Ruhrgebiets-Städte dadurch super erreichbar.
Die Rüttenscheider Straße mit netten Locations liegt in direkter Nähe auf dem Weg zum Hbf (Espresso-Stop nach der Arbeit ist gesichert, der um unbestimmte Zeit verlängerte Heimweg aber vielleicht auch...)
Die Philharmonie, das Museum Folkwang u andere Kultureinrichtungen sind schnell erreicht.
Der Wald gegenüber sorgt nach der Arbeit für Erholung und ist Kraftquelle, der Baldeneysee ist zu Fuß in ca. 35-45 Minuten erreichbar, schöne Fahrradstrecken liegen ebenfalls direkt vor der Haustür.
Ich mache mich derzeit selbständig als Entwicklerin nachhaltiger Projekte und als Yoga-Lehrerin. Daneben bin ich im Gemeinschaftsgarten und verschiedenen Nachhaltigkeits-Initiativen aktiv, in denen wir den Wandel der Stadt nachhaltig gestalten wollen. Mir ist es wichtig, mein Leben möglichst nachhaltig zu gestalten (Energiesparen, Lebensmittelverschwendung und Müll vermeiden, alternative, naturfreundliche Produkte nutzen, ...). Es wäre gut, wenn auch Dir ein nachhaltiger Lebensstil am Herzen liegt, oder du zumindest neugierig darauf und offen dafür bist. Ich bin nicht dogmatisch, also was Du isst, oder welche Kosmetika du benutzt, ist dein Ding. Lediglich beim Putz- und Waschmittel kann ich aus gesundheitlichen Gründen keine Kompromisse eingehen.
Gelegentliche Gespräche am Küchentisch bei Wein, Kaffee oder Tee oder ein gemeinsames Essen mag ich sehr und finde ich wichtig für das Zusammenleben.
Derzeit lebe ich mit zwei Musik-Studierenden der Uni Folkwang zusammen, die es beide im Sommer in andere Städte zieht.

You need a full furnished room as a second home-base during work or just for few month (min. 3)?
Than I may have an offer for you:
11m² full furnished room in a bright, cosy appartment, with everything which is needed for everyday-life: Kitchen with dishwahser, washing machine and bath with window .
* The rent with all fees (Internet, Energy, etc) is 270 EUR per month. There is no extra account for Energy and so on.
The appartment is central but in a quiet, green neighbourhood: In Bredeney close to Rüttenscheid and the Rüttenscheider Straße with its nice shops, cafés and bars.
Museum Folkwang, Philharmonie, Aalto-Theater, Grillo Theater and so on can be reached easily.
Tramstation is just round the corner and main station can be reached by tram in 8 Min and by bike in 20/25 Min. The lake Baldeney is just a 30-min walk away through a nice forrest, which starts vis-à-vis.
I will live with you in the appartment: I start my own business at the moment as a developer for sustainable projects and as Yoga teacher. Beside this I am engaged in a community garden an in several sustainability Initiatives that try to create the sustainable transformation of the city. Thus sustainability is an important issue in my everyday life (saving energy, avoiding food-waste and garbage, using nature-friendly products ...). So it would be nice, if sustainable livin is also an issue for your life or you are minimum open for it. I am not dogmatic so it's up to you, what you eat or which cosmetic you use. Just in terms of cleaning and wahsing agents I am uncompromising on health grounds.
I love cooking and talks at the kitchen table from time to time. And I like to do things by myself (cooking marmelade, baking bread, ...).
The room will be free again because Navid will move in another city due to family and business reasons. I have a second, little bit bigger room that will also be free around the end of summer. The girl living in it currently will use the breake at Folkwang Universtiy for traveling and visiting her home country.
