Hallo zusammen,
für unsere schöne Altbauwohnung im Westen von Essen suchen wir eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in). Meine liebe Mitbewohnerin Anne zieht es leider studienbedingt nach Bochum, weshalb ihr helles Zimmer frei wird.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 18m2 groß, mit schönem Holzboden und großen Erker-Fenstern. Ein schlichtes, an der Wand befestigtes Regal und die schicke Vorhangstange können übernommen werden.
Sonst gibt es ein Bad mit Dusche, eine große, helle Wohnküche mit balkonähnlicher Sitzecke und mein Zimmer. Wir teilen uns den Garten mit den Nachbarn
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Frohnhausens. Der Marktplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Rewe, Lidl, Netto und ein wunderbarer Bioladen liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein paar schöne Cafes und grüne Parks gibt es auch. Ubahn, Sbahn, Bus und Tram sind alle schnell zu erreichen, ca 5 min zu Fuß (zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man 15 min)
Ich selbst bin auch erst vor kurzem nach Essen gezogen, um meine Promotion in Medien- und Kulturwissenschaften an der Uni anzufangen. Tagsüber bin ich meistens im Büro, arbeite aber auch mal gerne von zuhause aus, wenn der Küchentisch mit Kaffee mehr Inspiration verspricht. Da ich sehr gerne auf Reisen bin und Freunde in anderen Städten besuche, kann es sein, dass ich das eine oder andere Wochenende nicht daheim bin. Dafür freue ich mich um so mehr, wenn wir Zeit miteinander verbringen und mal etwas leckeres kochen, einen Film schauen oder etwas trinken gehen.
Wie das immer so mit Wohnungsanzeigen ist, ist es schwer das alles so rüberzubringen, wie man es sich vorstellt. Ich hoffe aber mit den Fotos und dem Text
kannst du dir eine Vorstellung machen. Wenn du denkst das passt, schreibe mir doch eine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos über dich.

Hey there,
I'm looking for a new flatmate (m or f) for our beautiful apartment. Anne, my recent flatmate, is moving out because of her studies so her bright room with big windows will be available from mid December.
The room is about 18m2, has got a nice wooden flor and bright, big windows.
A simple shelf and a curtain rail can be taken over.
Furthermore there is a bathroom, a big, nice kitchen/livingroom and my room.
We share the garden with our neighbours.
The flat is located in Frohnhausen, a nice colorful district. The marketplace, grocery stores, cafes and parks are next door. You can reach the public transportation in about 5 min (ubahn, bus, tram, sbahn)- it takes 15 minutes to get to Essen central station.
About me: Probably we share the same fate and you will move to Essen for the first time as well ;-) I also just moved here to start my PhD in Media and Cultural Studies. Usually I'm at the office during the day but when inspiration is missing and I think a coffee at the kitchen table can fix it I like to work at home too. In my free time, I really like to travel and to visit friends in other cities, that's why it can happen that from time to time I'm not at home. When I'm at home, I'm always happy to share some good food with you and to have some relaxed (or party) time together.
It's always difficult to describe these things so I hope you have an idea about me and the room. I'm curious to hear from you!
