You will have your private room which can be locked. Bathroom and Kitchen will be shared with two people who also have a room in the apartment. Also, the kitchen has a dishwasher, so no danger to get into arguments about who's gonna wash the dishes :)

I am Gabby, helping the landlord Jan with this amazing project. He know how difficult it could be to find a furnished room in a foreign city. This way we are offering you a smooth start in a new city with a clean & nice room and a gorgeous community.
When you move in in November Gundula & Myra (both german speaking) will be living here. They are kind and clean girls, who love to communicate and to socialize. You will get a lovely community, but also privacy if you need it.
Schreib mir eine Nachricht und stell dich doch kurz vor. Erzähl mir was du in Essen machst und wie lange du gerne blieben möchtest.
Natürlich kannst du mir bei jeder Frage auch schreiben!
Die Miete von 425€ deckt alle Kosten ab. Das heißt: Wasser, Strom, WLAN, die komplett ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Möbel... du kannst gerne auch Handtücher oder Bettwäsche bekommen, falls nötig!
