Das Zimmer ist nur für dich und kann auch abgeschlossen werden. Badezimmer und Küche werden mit zwei weiteren Mitbewohnern geteilt. In der Küche wird es eine Spülmaschine geben :-)

This Apartment is the perfect fit for you if you are a student or just started in your job and are looking for a great, very clean and newly renovated room located in the city center with everything in walking distance (grocery stores, parks, bakeries, restaurants, barber shops, you name it, ...).
You will have your private room which can be locked. Bathroom and Kitchen will be shared with two people who also have a room in the apartment. (Also, the kitchen has a dishwasher, so no danger to get into arguments about who is gonna wash the dishes :))

Ich bin Gabby und Jan bei seinem tollen Projekt. Er weiß wie schwierig es sein kann möblierte Zimmer in einer fremden Stadt zu finden. Deshalb hat er diese Wohnung frisch renoviert, damit du einen einfachen und entspannten Start in Essen hast und dazu noch tolle neue Leute kennenlernst :)
Da diese Wohnung zur Zeit renoviert wird, werdet ihr alle gleichzeitig einziehen. Ihr könnt euch sicher sein, dass alle, die hier einziehen, super cool sind und Lust auf eine entspannte und nette WG haben.

Since this apartment is still in renovation, there are no tenants yet. You will be all moving in beginning of November!

Die Miete von 385€ deckt alle Kosten ab. Das heißt: Wasser, Strom, WLAN, die komplett ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Möbel... du kannst gerne auch Handtücher oder Bettwäsche bekommen, falls nötig!
