Das Haus befindet sich in direkter nähe zum Hauptbahnhof auf der Steeler Str. Einkaufsstraße, also nicht weit zur Innenstadt.
Es handelt sich um ein schönes Virtel,.
Eine Einkaufsstraße befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles, was das Herz begehrt und sogar über den täglichen Bedarf hinaus geht.
The house is located right next to the main train station on Steeler Str. shopping street, so not far from the city center.
It is a beautiful neighborhood.
A shopping street is in the immediate vicinity. Everything your heart desires and even goes beyond your daily needs.
Grundsätzlich wünschen wir uns weitere Mitbewohner/innen, die an einer lebenden WG interessiert sind, die von Gemeinschaft, Rücksicht und Respektvollem aber auch Zwanglosem Umgang profitiert. Leute die auch Lust haben mal zusammen was zu unternehmen, Koch- Spielabende und eventuell Sport o.ä. und im Sommer mal zusammen zu grillen. Wer mal seine Ruhe braucht sollte die Zimmertür aber jederzeit hinter sich zu machen können.
Wir halten viel davon jedem seine Freiheiten zu lassen, allerdings sollte in den Gemeinschaftsräumen zumindest Ordnung und Sauberkeit nicht als großes Übel gesehen werden. Insgesamt sind beide WGs dahingehend gut organisiert.
Basically, we would like more roommates who are interested in a shared apartment that benefits from community, consideration and respectful but also casual interaction. People who also want to do something together, cooking, game evenings and maybe sports or something similar and in the summer grilling together. If you need some peace and quiet, you should be able to close the room door behind you at any time.
We believe in giving everyone their freedom, but at least order and cleanliness in the common areas should not be seen as a major evil. Overall, both shared apartments are well organized.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei. Der Einzugstermin ist aber trotzdem flexibel und kann verhandelt werden.
