Das Zimmer ist durch die Dachgeschosschrägen deutlich größer als die 10m2 Mietfläche. Es passt super alles rein was man braucht. Man geht durch einen etwas schmaleren Gang in den ein Kleiderschrank passt in das Zimmer hinein und hat dort noch genug Platz für ein großes Bett und Schreibtisch und ein Regal. Aus dem Dachfenster hat man einen schönen Blick über die Essener Innenstadt.
Das Bett (inklusive 2 Matratzen), der Kleiderschrank und der weiße Schreibtisch (auf den Bildern am Kopfende des Bettes) sollen für 100€ vom Vormieter übernommen werden. Die Möbel sind sehr gebraucht aber tuen ihren Dienst.

The Room is bigger than the 10m2 because its right under the slope of the roof. It comfortably fits a closet, desk and a big bed. First you enter through a narrow part, which fits a closet and then the room itself fits everything else. You have a nice view over Essen through the window.
The Bed (including the 2 mattresses), the closet and the white desk (on the pictures next to the bed) should be bought from the current renter for 100€. The furniture is very used but still works fine.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Essener Rathaus entfernt. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Somit liegt alles was du brauhst direkt vor deiner Haustür!

The flat is 5 minutes by foot away from the Rathaus and 15 minutes by foot from the main station. Everything you need is therefore right before your doorstep.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner kommen alle aus unterschiedlichen Ländern und leben und arbeiten hier in Deutschland. Alle sind nett doch bleiben meistens für sich. Es gibt nie Probleme beim teilen der Küche oder des Esszimmers - alle sind sehr rücksichtsvoll.

Your roommates come from different countries and live and work in Germany. Everyone is really nice but mostly keeps to themselves. There are no problems in the shared kitchen and eating space - everyone is very considerate.
Die Küche (beinhaltet Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Herd, usw.), Waschmaschine (im Bad) und die Einrichtung im Esszimmer sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Auch fallen keine weiteren Kosten für Heizung, Strom oder Internet an - in den 335€ ist alles mit drin!
Der Vermieter wünscht sich, dass du mindestens für 12 Monate in der Wohnung bleibst.
Besichtigungen sind Online oder vor Ort möglich. Nach Absprache kannst du auch schon ab MItte August einziehen!

The landlord is looking for someone who want to stay at least for 12 months.
You can look at the apartment in person or online. You can move in in the second half of August already if you want to!
