Mein helles Zimmer ist 17 qm und hat ein großer Fenster mit einem schönen Blick.
das Zimmer hat eine gemütliche Atmosphäre und ich habe mich dort immer sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Herd/Ofen, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 10 Minuten Zu Fuß von dem Hauptbanhof. und die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich optimal.
Abdullah ist 24 und studiert Chemie im Bachelor an der Universität Essen und kommt aus Syrien.
Moez ist 26 und besucht momentan einen Deutschkurs, nach seiner Deutschkurs will er auch studieren. Er kommt aus Tunesien.
Da ich 2 Monaten in meinem Heimatland zurück fliege, dann möchte ich mein Zimmer an jemandem untervermieten.
Die Miete ist monatlich insgesamt warm 325 Euro (Strom, Gass, Wasser, Internet, usw) und die Kaution beträgt 325 Euro.
Am besten ihr schreibt mir über WhatsApp, dann machen wir einen Termin zum Kennenlernen.
